Proven track record in PAN-India site acquisition, managing complex liaison with DoT, Railways, Municipal Corporations, Development Authorities, Port Trusts, and State Governments, and enabling rapid network rollouts through effective ROW/PROW management. Successfully delivered ₹220+ crore OPEX savings through cost optimization initiatives and tariff rationalization.
